Returns

  • You have the right to return an item within 7 calendar days from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • A purchase receipt or proof of payment is required for the return.

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the item was damaged or if the error was on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the return status (approved or rejected).

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider’s policies.

  • If rejected, the item will be shipped back to the customer, and no refund will be issued. In such a case, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.

Items can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.
