Returns

You have the right to return an item within 7 calendar days from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

A purchase receipt or proof of payment is required for the return.
Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item was damaged or if the error was on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the return status (approved or rejected).

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider’s policies.

If rejected, the item will be shipped back to the customer, and no refund will be issued. In such a case, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.
