Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Products
All products are handcrafted and manufactured specifically for each customer after payment has been received.
Because our products are made to order, production begins only after your quotation has been approved and payment has been completed.
Before Production Begins
After placing your order, you will receive a personalized quotation that includes:
Product price
Shipping cost
Total amount payable
You are under no obligation to purchase until you approve the quotation and complete the payment.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before payment has been made.
After payment has been received and production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because your products are manufactured specifically for your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
As our products are individually handcrafted and made to order, returns due to a change of mind or personal preference are generally not accepted once production has begun or the order has been shipped, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Description of the issue
Clear photographs of the damaged product
Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

We will investigate your claim and, where appropriate, offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement product
Replacement parts
Repair
Partial refund
Full refund
The appropriate solution will depend on the nature of the issue.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that differs from the order you confirmed, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Once approved, refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are refunded only where required by applicable law or when the return is the result of our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Custom-made or personalized products
Products manufactured specifically for an individual order
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved because the product is defective, damaged during transport, or incorrectly supplied, SIA SALMERR will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
